Studio provides a platform for AI-powered content generation, including but not limited to images, audio, and video, accessible via an API and an interactive playground. The AI models used may be hosted on or provided by third-party infrastructure.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Account authentication and management may be handled by a trusted third-party provider.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service or underlying AI models.

• Use the Service to generate content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Exceed any applicable API rate limits or usage quotas without authorization.

5. Content

5.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the input data you provide to the Service ("Input Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5.2 Generated Content: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the content generated by the Service based on your Input Content ("Output Content"). However, due to the nature of AI, Output Content may not be unique across users and may be similar or identical to content generated for others. We make no claims regarding the copyright status of Output Content, and it is your responsibility to ensure its suitability for your intended use.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property: The Service, including its software, APIs, documentation, branding, and all underlying technology, are and will remain the exclusive property of Studio and its licensors.

6. Fees and Payment

Access to certain features or levels of the Service may require payment of fees. All applicable fees are set forth in our pricing schedule, available on our website or within your account dashboard. Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you agree to the terms of our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

The Service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including for AI model hosting, authentication, and payment processing. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the performance or conduct of any third-party service providers.

8. Term and Termination

These Terms will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending an email notification, providing notice through the Service, or updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
